Payment
Payment is always made in advance to our bank account, via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, iDEAL (NL), EPS (AT), Przelewy24 (PL), Bancontact (BE), Multibanco (PT) or in cash and card payment upon local pickup. The exact selection depends on the customer\’s country. Once the funds are received in our bank account, we promptly dispatch the ordered products. In some cases, however, it can take up to a week.
Delivery
Deliveries are made via DHL / Deutsche Post. The usual delivery time in Germany is 2-5 working days.
Please note that we do not deliver to parcel lockers to minimize fraud attempts. Additionally, for shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties may apply, which must be covered by the recipient.

Cash Payment on Collection
Customers also have the option to personally inspect and collect their ordered items from us.

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors reserved. By clicking the [Place Order] button, you place a binding order for the listed items on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via email immediately upon receiving your order.

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal: You can withdraw your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (e.g., letter, email) or – if the item is handed over to you before the deadline – by returning the item. In case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received performances must be returned, and any benefits (e.g. interest) must be surrendered.
