Payment
Payment is always made in advance to our bank account, via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, iDEAL (NL), EPS (AT), Przelewy24 (PL), Bancontact (BE), Multibanco (PT) or in cash and card payment upon local pickup. The exact selection depends on the customer\’s country. Once the funds are received in our bank account, we promptly dispatch the ordered products. In some cases, however, it can take up to a week.

Delivery
Deliveries are made via DHL / Deutsche Post. The usual delivery time in Germany is 2-5 working days.
Please note that we do not deliver to parcel lockers to minimize fraud attempts. Additionally, for shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties may apply, which must be covered by the recipient.

Cash Payment on Collection
Customers also have the option to personally inspect and collect their ordered items from us.

As we do not operate a traditional retail store, please follow these steps:

– Our staff will provide you with an available pickup appointment immediately
– Collection is possible Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
– Payment is made on-site and can only be made in cash

Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors reserved. By clicking the [Place Order] button, you place a binding order for the listed items on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via email immediately upon receiving your order.

Data Protection
We attach great importance to data protection. The collection and processing of your personal data comply with applicable data protection regulations, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Prices
The statutory VAT will not be shown separately, as differential taxation according to § 25a UStG applies.

Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal: You can withdraw your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (e.g., letter, email) or – if the item is handed over to you before the deadline – by returning the item. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this instruction in written form. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item on time. In case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received performances must be returned, and any benefits (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you cannot return the received performance and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us accordingly. For the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived, you only have to pay compensation if the use or the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond testing the properties and functionality. \”Testing the properties and functionality\” refers to the testing and trying out of the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items suitable for parcel shipment are to be returned at the customer\’s expense and risk. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period for you begins with the sending of your withdrawal declaration or the item, for us with the receipt.
