Side cap coastal artillery

Side cap for coastal artillery personnel is in virtually unworn condition, showing only minor signs of storage. It is a very nice and now quite rare feldgrau (field gray) cap of the coastal artillery. In my opinion, the insignia (cockade and eagle) are original sewn on. A yellow soutach was originally attached but has unfortunately been removed. The inside still bears the manufacturer’s label from Kiel and is size 60, which is quite large. Unfortunately, there is some moth damage on the outside, mostly superficial, but there is a small hole on one side, as shown in the picture.
